Scrapbooking is my passion and I love to share my experience with all my students and customers. It gives me great satisfaction in seeing them create their own piece of artwork memorablity that they are so proud of. When they thought they didn’t have a creative bone in their body and they have soon joined the ranks of being a Scrapaholic, what a wonderful achievement for all. I hope you enjoy your creative journey in any of the wonderful crafts that you are no involved in. thanks for taking the time to read about us.
How did it all begin?
Deborah Pearce started Scrapbooking back in 2000 as a hobby and became an instant scrap-addict. Scrapbooking was able to help her through a difficult period of her life. Deborah’s goal for the road of recovery was to open her very own Scrapbooking business.
Much time was spent attending classes and developing her own skills and creativity which in turn gave her the confidence to pursue her goal of teaching and working in a Scrapbooking shop.
In July 2002 Deborah made a decision to start small working from home and to travel around country Victoria providing Scrapbooking supplies and teaching techniques to people who were missing out on the Scrapbooking experience.
The business was registered in February 2003 and then in Dec 2003 we opened our first craft market stall in Bacchus Marsh, selling our unique range of Scrapbooking and Card making supplies to the very craft orientated locals. We did this on a monthly basis for a six months then evolving to 3 days per week before opening our shop.
In June 2004 we moved to our 1st retail shop which was located at 222 Main Street in the friendly Victorian town of Bacchus Marsh just 10min drive west of Melton.
In May 2008 we moved our business to our home in Melton.
Here you will find a fully functional classroom and showroom. Deborah is running classes as usual, so please don’t hesitate in coming in to visit.
